Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Health and Wellness Coach, Sport and Performance Psychology Consultant, Facilitator

My interest in health, wellness, sport and performance psychology began as a freshman at Swarthmore College after attending Dr. Joel Fish's lecture on how to help athletes reach their full potential. Adapting to being away from home, a suburban setting, and challenging academic environment led to feelings of uncertainty. I recognized the importance of incorporating mental wellness in order to confront a negative and limiting mindset. Having witnessed the impact of wellness, and mental toughness skill development in helping athletes, women, and service members overcome obstacles and adversities on their way to accomplishing their goals confirm my belief that mental skills training is essential to winning the mental game.

Utilizing a self-directed process facilitates and empowers transformation into sustainable healthy lifestyles and optimal performance. The collaborative journey help clients accomplish personal and professional goals while leveraging their strengths. In training your mind, you develop skills that allow you to view challenges and adversities as opportunities for growth and success.
